Clean rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The hotel is a bit dated, with weak water pressure. Close to the airport. Perfect for a quick layover. No breakfast options, but a good location near a bike path if you want to cycle around. Would recommend for convenience.

Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and made travel easy. The room was spacious but the decor felt dated. Nearby trails for hiking were a nice bonus. Just a heads up, the air conditioning didn't work well.

The room was spacious and the king bed offered a cozy night’s sleep. Good restaurants are conveniently nearby, especially the excellent Thai place. the plumbing needs serious attention; water pooled in the tub and the shower made alarming noises. The absence of coffee pots in rooms was disappointing, especially when the lobby didn’t start brewing until 5:30. The old decor had a quirky charm, but it felt dated and a bit shabby. While the cleaning staff worked hard, little things like left pills on the notepad and a restless fridge stood out. Not a bad stay, but definitely room for improvement.

Early check-in was a lifesaver after 36 hours of travel I got a hot shower and a comfy bed right away the shuttle service was friendly and quick which makes traveling with kids easier

I had a fantastic experience exploring the area, with plenty of dining options, like a great restaurant just a few steps away and fast food places within a couple of blocks, making it super convenient for meals after my city walks; I also loved that parks like Angle Lake Park, just a short stroll of about 1.4 kilometers away, offered beautiful surroundings to relax in after a day of exploration, though the hotel could use some updating to enhance the overall experience.

Yes, the decor is aging and could use some tenderness, but it has a certain charm, reminiscent of a beloved grandparent. Staff was exceptional—helpful and genuinely friendly, enhancing the experience. Nearby dining options are ample. An excellent restaurant a block away and fast food nearby cover all the bases. Minor issues exist—like the long wait at check-in and some dust in hidden corners. Still, it’s a reliable choice for a mid-priced hotel. Worth considering, as long as expectations are appropriately managed.

The room was spacious with beautiful views, comfy beds, a nice microwave, and a refrigerator. The soap and shampoo were excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, near a bar where guests were friendly, and the staff was accommodating.
Finding an unused hypodermic needle in a bedside table drawer was disturbing. The staff was unavailable and not very friendly.

The location is a traveler's dream, just a quick walk to decent eats. The room size is generous, giving you ample space to pretend you’re living large.

I left my granddaughter's pricey car seat behind, but when I inquired later, they claimed it wasn’t found. It feels dishonest, and honestly, the whole place seemed outdated and unclean. Definitely needs serious investment to improve things!

The room at Red Lion was cozy with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV to relax after a long flight. I appreciated the ironing facilities as I like to keep my clothes neat. the air conditioning was a letdown as it only blew out hot air, making the room uncomfortably warm. The sitting area was a nice touch for reading or working, but the carpeted floor seemed a bit outdated. I was disappointed with the lack of free toiletries in the room, and the fact that there was no refrigerator or microwave available. The absence of these amenities was inconvenient, especially after a long day of traveling. One positive was the free airport shuttle service, which was convenient and saved me the hassle of figuring out transportation. there were issues with the shuttle not being prompt, and the staff's response was not very accommodating or apologetic.

The room was spacious, featuring comfy large twin beds adorned with soft cotton sheets. The view of the mountain was a pleasant surprise. Temperature control was adequate for my comfort. the night was interrupted by weird loud noises. Despite the welcoming staff, the armchair was stained and the bathroom’s shower tile grout was dirty. On the bright side, the free shuttle service to the airport was convenient, though locating it was a bit challenging. The self-service laundry was a useful addition, but the overall cleanliness left room for improvement.

Great location near airport with free shuttle service every 15 minutes. Convenient for catching early flights. Room had a nice view of the city lights at night.
Room had a musty smell and outdated bedding. AC was noisy and didn't cool properly.

I was greeted by tacky, yet charming 70's decor. The bed was surprisingly tolerable.

stayed at red lion hotel before my early morning flight and found it very clean, with a convenient location close to the airport. the front desk staff was friendly, and the bed was really comfortable. the complimentary shuttle to the airport was a convenient perk. the shower was nice, and the double doors for the toilet and shower provided nice privacy.

My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, especially as a guest who enjoys cycling. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose, as it was within walking distance of Sharp's BBQ House, a fantastic smokehouse. The free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage were convenient amenities that added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the shuttle bus service to the airport, available 24 hours a day, made my travel arrangements smooth and stress-free.
The only downside of my stay was the lack of air conditioning in the room. Opening the window for cool air was not an ideal solution, considering the noise from the planes taking off and landing.
